In this day and age it is very clear to me all too often that when ordering items/services there seems to be a poor level of customer respect.
I frequently have to call companies to remind them I have an order still waiting or that the delivery date has been and gone without the items arriving.
Not however with Smithfield Wine!
I can, genuinely, recommend your superb order process and first rate delivery speed of items. That and your good self being the only known stockist of one of my favourite wines (Jack rabbit merlot) it makes for a pleasure to order with.
All to easy today people get overlooked for there excellent customer focus. Working in the public sector I appreciate letters/emails of appreciation. So please accept this one as a pat on the back and a sincere THANK YOU for doing everything great.
