| Maghull Chapel is located
in the dormitory town of Maghull. It is 9 miles north of Liverpool
city centre, separated from the city by a green belt. It now has a
population of 28,000 but the original historic village goes back to 1086.
40 years ago the area was surrounded by fertile agricultural land.
Most
of the area is now covered with modern semis but just beyond our town
boundaries it still grows the finest potatoes and barley in Britain! |
The Chapel Cross

The church was built in 1978 to work alongside the other local churches
serving the new community. We are
always pleased to see visitors!
