Lewisham
The London Borough of Lewisham was formed in 1965 by the merger of the Metropolitan Boroughs of Deptford and Lewisham.
Lewisham is located in the south-east of London and borders the boroughs of Southwark to the west, Greenwich to the east and Bromley to the south.
Individual localities within the borough include Bellingham, Blackheath, Brockley, Catford, Crofton Park, Deptford, Downham, Forest Hill, Grove Park, Hither Green, Honor Oak Park, Ladywell, Lee, Lee Green, Lewisham, New Cross (historic Hatcham), St John's, Southend, Sydenham and Telegraph Hill. Note that part of Blackheath is in Greenwich and part of Downham is in Bromley.
